Hiring process?
I've applied for a retail consultant position, and a Human resource recuiter has contacted me once, and my application status in under review, what does that mean? and about how long is it till you get interviewed?, does the manager from the store you applied for contact you or is the interview setup through email as well?

under review means that you are still in the running. I would contact the store manager and let them know u applied online and then they will know your resume is their to be reviewed and then they will respond quicker.

I already went in there twice the first time he wasent there but i left my resume and the second time he was, he told me he was glad i went in againg when he was there, he also said it takes a little longer for the apps to post on his side, oh and a employee from there is the one that reffered me to the job I know like 4 of the employees there and at the moment i work for a sprint indirect dealer..what are my chances of getting hired?

having sprint expierence is a huge plus especially with the holidays coming....I just came back as a rehire and the process took about 3 weeks..follow up with the hiring manager every couple days..

3 weeks it was from the time i was interviewed to the time I got an offer letter...you will go for training for 2 weeks at your local corporate office Im from Wisconsin so im not sure where you would go
