It's not the billing system, it's a portal for CSM and FDT, with some other elements. I heard the entire company's down - Stores, CFS, everything.

the sad thing is, it was probably planned. the middle of a weekday is really about the slowest overall time for business, so thats when they throw downtime in. the scheduled maintenance is generally saturday at midnight.
PS, dont tell anyone, but expect the same thing to happen sunday.

come on guys.....you know that the system never goes down....it is always an "upgrade" in our system.....i know they did upgrade in part....b/c the main page where sview loads from...well you would notice that compass now has its own tab......but it would be nice to know when this is planned...
