Hi, I had a question I have been interviewing with Sprint the past week and half. I have met with different store managers... I am a well educated individual with years of experience in customer service and wireless retail... I like to think, and believe that I am one of those people that install an impression they won’t forget... I tend to stand out in the things that I do and even the way I express myself among my friends, family. I am not sure as to what are the characteristics and personal attributes that Sprint would be looking for. I find myself to be a well round speaker, performer, and a real optimistic person. I excel in situations that I find challenging and rewarding, I know that I am not naive to believe when I can say that ...

The one thing I would strongly advise is to send a thank you card to each person you interviewed with as soon as possible not only to thank them for giving you the opportunity to interview with them, but to also reinforce in your minds your qualifications and skills and how Sprint would benefit from hiring you instead of some other candidate. I know thank you cards may seem a bit old fashioned, but reflect back on the last time you recieved one and how that card made you feel.

Make a point of your dedication to customer satisfaction. Seriously, that's what Sprint corporate is gunning for harder then anything right now.

It has ReadyLink. you can only use that PTT version with other readylink phones, and the newest "Direct Connect on Sprint" phones. It will not communicate with Nextel iDen, or hybrid (powersource) phones.

Don't listen to this person. They are probably the type of person who would complain about having to pay taxes if they are handed a million bucks. Every job is what you make of it. Obviously Sprint has some issues, but for the most part, they are good. I can tell you that it is much better than where I used to work.

It would also help if you were bi-lingual. 😉 That is what almost guarantees you a job anywhere.

Sprint has started it's Ready Now campain. I would learn as much as I could about Sprint devices and services. Use windowsmobiletrainig.com for windows mobile training. Use blackberry.com to learn about their devices. Ready now is about teaching Sprint's customers about how to use their devices. The more you know the better you will fit into an interview. Ready Now is about a customer's experience with not just buying a phone, but how to use their device at their convienence either through trainig them right away or setting an appointment. The more knowledge of how you know Sprint works is key. Plus it doesn't hurt to look your best.
