so i had the sanyo Pro-700 and the DC was not as reliable as Iden so i changed back to Iden to the I880, Well from Saturday till today i still have no service and when people call my phone it says that the Nextel number your are trying to reach is not a working number please check the number and call again...they say that my service is still trying to change networks and it is stuck..they have put in tickets and click-it-tickets and it is still not working..so now we are on day 4 of no service. i still like SprintNextel but i would think that someone could of gotten this fixed by now. Dose anyone know if there is anything els that i can do? other then wait?

jrfdsf is right. Keep bothering the agents into getting this problem fixed. A usual click it ticket takes about 3 -5 business days to get resolved for our customers. Click it tickets also usually get resolved on a first come basis so they have a que they work out of. Sprint does appreciate your patience in this matter though!! 😁

OK....well last night about 9pm i called back in and they got my phnoe fixed...BUT...they had to change my Direct Connect number, they said that only way to keep it was to change my phone number so i just changed my DC#...so last night i had to call about 50+ people to give it to them but stuff happens, but i got it fixed and that is all that matters and it works really good and everyone that i talked to at sprintnextel was really nice and helpful.

what i have found is that the CS reps that i talk to came from the Nextel side and i always have a better experience with them. My friend gave me a number to call and i almost never have to hold and everyone is an old Nextel Communications CS rep.
