How did everyone else's meeting go?
I know stuff about phones, so this training was kind of a joke for me. How was it for everyone else?

boring because most of the email setups (mainly with PDA's) we already did on a regular basis. We sell tons of pda's at my store so we always had the cust need to help set up. i did find the fact sheet and information on the touch diamond in kms

Where in KMS? I searched the device search and queried it and didnt find anything

in the knowledge base drop box select device and in the search criteria enter touch diamond

No problem but when i checked again yesterday they had removed some info. Also got the worst email ever, that they were pushing the advocate training back and the lauch of the phone also 😢

Oh yeah? To WHEN? I have been putting off getting a new phone for the diamond!

Even though you may know a lot about the phones, I am sure there are some of us that are not familiar with all the types of handsets. I beleive this training was trying to get everyone on the same page. Also, it is one thing to know about the phone, it is another trying to demonstrate and teach it to a customer. This training should have given you tools to learn how to do certain functions on the products and given you ways how to translate it when teaching it to a customer. If the least, it was a nice break from customer facing issues and a nice refresher.
