Did your store manager go to a manager's meeting on Sunday? Ours took a bunch of handsets. The working theory at our store is that it's handset training for sales reps to better qualify customers to:

1- improve customer satisfaction with their phone
2- decrease returns/exchanges

This isn't "real info," just supposition that gives meaning to an otherwise pointless meeting the managers had to go to a few days ago.

The meeting was for training. The handsets were going to the pawn shop to turn into some cash for Sprint. They have to pay their bills somehow...

And you said previously I wasn't getting under your skin... Your posts seem to prove otherwise... 🤣

Oh, and are you going to start with the personal attacks now? That's what you fanboys usually do when you run out of "Sprint is better than everyone else" arguments...

Uhm, i think you started it:

"The meeting was for training. The handsets were going to the pawn shop to turn into some cash for Sprint. They have to pay their bills somehow..."

That was an attack on the Sprint community in general. Why do you insist on doing that?

Oh, and don't give me that crap about keeping customers informed. That post had nothing to do about keeping anyone informed about anything. Well, maybe you're trying to keep us informed about how much you like to attack Sprint, but all you did is keep us in the loop about how much of an ass you are.

You don't want personal attacks? You don't want the fanboys to start flaming you? Then don't provoke them.

No. That was not an attack on the Sprint community. It was meant to be funny. Does it not bother you in the least that you guys have no sense of humor and that you take a joke a Sprint's expense so personally? Please...

I never said that comment was to be informative. It was meant to be funny. If you had some kind of real life other than a fayboy, you might see the humor in it. Or at least not call me names "personally" for a comment that I made about a corporation. Non-personal, unless YOU happen to be the major shareholder.

Grow up and stop calling people names on the internet. It doesn't make you tough. Save your name calling for personal conversations so that the person you call an ass can kick yours if he chooses to and show you...

Ok, I'll admit that i didn't see humor in that. When i read that i had just got finished arguing with a customer. They had a liquid damaged phone and didn't want to hear it. When i wouldn't relent he started getting personal and brought my mom into it. That really pissed me off. I read your post about 2 minutes later when i was in the back trying to cool off.

So, i shouldn't have come at you like that and i shouldn't have taken it personally. But it just gets really really old when having to defend yourself against people all the time because they seem to like attacking the company i work for.

I normally don't post when I'm off, but i decided to reply this time. I'm usually not a punk and normally see the humor in posts and ...

It must be a big deal if they are closing ALL Sprint Stores nationwide for the day. Can you imagine all of the productivity and sales that could be lost for that day? They must really think it is worth it huh?

I beg to disagree. Sprint stores are not the only sales channels open. Telesales are open. You can call us at 1-800-SPRINT1. 😁
