Web chat question
Just curious, does anyone know if the Sprint Web Chat is manned by only one person. I have had Sprint a very short time and when I signed up over the net the Web chat consultant "Jessica" was absolutely horrid. I tried to ask questions and she would go completely off topic. Not to mention that when I was trying to read information she kept forcing pages for the next step to order. Now, I work for web chat for another company, and we take a good 3 chats at a time when it is busy on the website, we aren't even allowed to push pages where I work and if I acted like Jessica, I would sure be out of a job. Now, I am not trying to bash Sprint. I love the service and although CC is still a pain, I know that they are trying to improve. I am just tryi...

I dealt with "Jessica" about a week ago. If it is one person, that person should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

I hit the Sprint site a few days later, and when the chat popped up from Jessica, I answered, "No thank you! The last chat with you was way too frustrating." The next message just said that the agent has ended the chat.

I always thought those web chat things were bots. Whenever I have one pop up, I'll just ignore it.

Don't mean to sound like a jerk here MrHawaii, however, I do work for a competitor for sprint doing web chat and I certainly am not a bot. At least I do not think so.....Wait....feelin strange.....wha......must Kill humans.....CRAP!!!!! 😁

Yeah Jessica is just a bot. BUT, theres ppl who arent, who have real Agent ID's and such. Jessica always pops up whenever your looking at plans or phones, but when you log in you have the option to "Chat with an online representative" those are the guys that are real agents and have access to CSM and things like that. Welp, hope that answers your question! Once again Jessica is just an online bot answering questions about plans, services, and helps you out ordering things online. The reason she jumps off topic is simple, your talking to a computer.
