Hi, I'm a rep with Cingular in a retail location thinking of going elsewhere. I'm hoping some of you folks have some feedback for me on what it's like to work for Sprint? Can you tell me anything about the commission structure/benefits, etc.??

in my aria i am an above average sprint rep ranked 167th in my region like i said not the highest but i still rank in the top 20% i do great on commisions i make onaverage 3-400$ more then my atrisk on my commisions unfortunately i got hired at an extreamly low bais unfortunately i had no experiance. i am at the very bottem od the pay scale. i averaged about 32,000 last year. the benifits are pritty good. you start out with three weeks of payed vacation i pay roughly 110$ a month from my pay check and have full metical dental vision perscriptions add and life insurance.
i think as a sprint rep they treat you really well unfortunately i was highered with a very pathetic baise. so i will most likely be switching to another carrier in a cup...
