yup you can, you still have to get the simply everything plan so weather you get it from sero or doing regular online, its the same.

ok cellenator, i do respect you to have an opinion and i really do apologize about whatever happened to you at sprint to made you such a "sprint hater" but with all do respect as the old ppl used to tell me, "if you dont have anything good to say , dont say it at all" i have bitten my tongue many times cause you do have the right to an opinion but every time i turn around an all your doing is putting sprint down, it gets old after awhile and i am really tired of seeing it. this is now way an attack on you, you just have to realize its like Chinese water torture, that and if someone is picking on you day after day after day... well, you get the picture,

There is no cell phone carrier that is not bound to have a glitch or make a mistake. Sprint has been bashed down for quite awhile, I have been only worked with Sprint since November Retention call center. But I will say this there are alot of changes and they are all positive. I agree Customer service is an issue, but it has been adressed and being worked on. Its a process. I here every complaint you could possibly imagine, and I do not doubt that some are true, but I am sure not all of them are. All I can say is that the new plan are great, better than any carriers right now especially the new family plans.
