What Happened to the Moto Q9C?
I noticed that the new version moto q9c is no longer available on the Sprint website. Does anyone know why?

The Moto q9c was at it's end of life I believe. Still doesn't make sense when Sprint put other end of life handsets like the Samsung a420, a640, and Treo 700wx back on their web-site and retail offices. 😕
Maybe Sprint may be updating the OS on the Moto q9c. The q9 isn't available from their warehouse for reatail, or warranty exchange (DHRP).

The BB Pearl, and Moto RAZR 2 v9m are EOL too, plus the BB Curve in titanium still isn't available. I hope the titanium Curve will show before the red Curve. Someone obviously dropped the ball, BIG TIME.

i believe the Q9C's out of stock. I know the original Moto Q is gone. No worries on the Q9 tho. I'll check tommorrow morning. I know the DLX is soon to be a goner too

they really dropped the ball on the curve...i can't count the number of sprint customers and new customers that ask daily if we have curves available...about a week ago they we available for direct ship, i ordered as many as i could for the people on our store list, but the stock ran out while i was placing the orders...
i knew the v9m was end of life, i was told the red pearl was eol, i did not know both of them were eol.
the 3200 is also eol, do you know when the m630 and 530 are coming?

3200 was replaced with the Katana LX. Not too sure when the Samsung m630(Jazz) or m530 are going to launched. I'll probably get my hands on both and others that are coming out soon. I know there's going to be new LG's like the LX-600 snd EnV like handsets soon. The Sanyo Eclipse will be out soon.

huh, i guess it makes sense the lx replaces the 3200, it is the 3800. i kinda thought it was replacing the katana 2 because of the price range and the name, i guess it could be replacing both of them, they have the same basic features, but are in 2 different price ranges...
on another note...do you know any thing about the wel list...
we have a major problem everytime we have to replace a katana or katana 2 ... the m 300 is thre replacement...cust see the lx and just assume they should recieve that as a replacement because of the name of the device...

I do know of the WEL list and know it complies with RYG and CSAT. First and foremost, take care of the customer. Remember, CSAT will start effecting your pay next month, and if you have a low CSAT score, guess what? Your not going to get paid.
Sprint gives you these tools to use, and there is a priority list according to follow. It's ok to break it here and there, but don't make it a habit, where our compliance is in the red in RYG. That will throw a flag on you and your store.
To be honest with you, it's all about how you present yourself. If you come out unsure of the product you're DHRP'ing for the customer, the customer will sense it. Be positive, and use positive words. Ex. Mr. or Mrs. customer I do apologize that your phone isn't ab...

WEL Warranty Exchange List
as far as the Csat - if it was individually based no problem...but the fact that i get paid off of the way the other 13 people in my stores customers feel they were served is kinda bogus...i can try to hold them accountable, but really i have no authority so what i say to them doesn't go very far.

Yeah i checked, the Q9c, Katana DLX Silver/Champagne, 700W, are all End Of Life.
