damnit! ๐คฃ well at least i didnt say anything ๐
...
I was just quoting from those internet sites. Please everyone keep in mind that the information is not from Sprint, so may not be 100% accurate.....
.....But when is the internet wrong?!?!?! ๐
...
I seriously hope you dont work for Sprint.
...
[Pleads the Fifth]
But why would you hope that I don't work for Sprint?
...
cuz your an idiot and you will get fired
...
Why would someone get fired for quoting a website?
And why would you say I am an idiot?

no what he is saying is that as an employee we cant give out info because its a violation of icomply meaing if higer ups found out you would get fired if you worked for sprint.
...
I understand the sensitivity and value of information.
I also understand a companies stance to THEIR information. But if you look at what I post in the top message, it says that the info was found on two other sites and not from Sprint. (Which I also posted the links to.) And I also said that it is not official information from Sprint and that it might not be 100% accurate.
What I don't understand is how someone could get fired for giving out information that they found on the internet and why I would be an idiot for saying that.
But people are entitled to their opinions!

oh my gosh you are taking it way to far what i was saying is that if you are working for a company and you give out the information that you were told not to release then you could get fired not you sir are going to get fired ok.
...
he's quoting a website, serioulsy, how could he get fired? it wasn't HIS words. it really wouldn't matter if he did work for sprint or not. now, if he would have quoted a website THEN try and correct it with information he recived from sprint then i could say that he was in violation of "icomply".
...
I feel loved! Thanks.
Nah, but seriously I do work for Sprint as I stated in prior posts and that is why the only information that I posted was from another site.
...
He can get fired for following up with it. He took the time to retreive the link and repost it probably while at work. If you work for Sprint you would know how strict they're being with this phone.
...
I understand your point, but as long as he's not releasing "confidential and/or internal" information, then he's in the clear.
He didn't say he was verifying anything that he linked to by what he's heard from an internal source either.
I see nothing wrong with MrHawaii's post.

Has anyone seen any advertising for this phone via TV/Print/Radio? I know there was supposed to be a lot of $$$ invested in the advertising of this phone (1 Million $$$), but I haven't seen anything yet other than on the web. I would have thought marketing would try to get ads out before the launch of the phone to create more buzz. Thanks for the info.
...
i know huh? I dont think Sprint could spend $100 million on comparing the phone against the iPhone on NowIsGood.com ๐คจ

Looks like you guys haven't been to the movies lately... ๐ I believe that is were they put the advertising money. They have this commercial they show in the movies right before the previews start. Nice commercial but they should have shown it on TV also.
