Sprint smells...badly.

I don't Sprint will turn the corner until they improve the quality of service delivered by their employees oversees.

Or, they could move their customer service centers over there back to our shores.

I had two bad experiences with them that caused me to cancel my service and pay the etf. I was working for another carrier at the time and had service with them for 5 years. I was planning on keeping it but the customer service was incompetent.

Fix it Hesse.

An open letter to Dan Hesse, Chairman and CEO of Sprint Nextel
May 22, 2008

Mr. Dan Hesse, Sprint Board of Directors, et al.

As you may be aware, I recently had discovered that I had overpaid Sprint for dedicated Internet access (DS3 access). I gave your company many opportunities from 2004 to 2008 to rectify the price charged. Each time I asked about the rate, I was advised by your sales representatives that the price had gone up, and that I would have to pay more should I sign another agreement with Sprint. I finally recorded a telephone conversation The MP3 has been temporarily removed due to heavy bandwidth usage, I will put it back up soon. (MP3 file) with Mr. ...

Why is it that some joker like you is always in this forum to tell us all what and what not to post. Why do you think you are all the self appointed "hall monitors"? Why don't you just STFU and let people post what they want? If you don't like it, ignore it or contest it.

You little non-Mod goobers need to quit acting like you run the place.

If I dislike a carrier, it doesn't make my day to go to that carriers forum to talk bad about them.

So what? Who cares what your motivation for posting is? You miss the point that most of the people posting negs about Sprint are current and former customers posting their personal experience and opinions about the company.

Just because you are a fanboy and don't want to hear anything negative about Sprint doesn't mean that those of us with bad experiences aren't allowed to post.

Is that easy enough for you to understand?

It's a sprint forum and this pertains directly to Sprint. If Sprint screwed me over like they screwed this guy, then i'd go around and tell anyone that would listen. 😛

that statement in itself is contradictory. also, it is policy to only give credits for 3 months and if it was that bad i would have left. i wish he would have said how much he was overpaying 😕

I really dislike having to erect sucks.com websites and I only do so when all reasonable efforts fail with a company. To date I have had only one company refuse to do anything after I erected a sucks.com, with that being said that company and its board of directors are involve

They were a pain the butt and I am glad to be rid of them. Their customer service is either bad or powerless or both. Giving away service isn't the way to fix it.

You can't always throw money at problems.

Yeah, but the little boys in this forum don't want anyone posting anything negative about Sprint no matter how bad they are. They think they run this site but in fact, they don't. No matter how much they pretend to.

In their mind, Sprint is perfect and the number one carrier in the nation. Wonder what they are asking Santa for this year? Another feeble attempt and an iPhone killer?? HA. Why do they ask for something real. Like a CS who speaks English as a FIRST language and actually knows something about the products they sell. Now THAT'S a fantasy!

Some people think the BBB doesn't work. They do, but only if the company cares about keeping a clean record. See when you look up a company in the BBB database it shows you how many complaints have been filed against the company, how many were answered, how many did the consumer report as being satisfactorily resolved, etc. So if you have a valid complaint, file it with the BBB, and the company cares about its BBB record, you have a decent chance of getting a solution. You might not believe it, but it turns out Sprint is one of those companies. Here's Kevin's story of how the BBB got his erroneous text message charges refunded and let him leave contract early without early termination fee...
