Yeah....this ones not that bad. Easier to use here in CC, and the new RMS im hoping is easier too! 👀

I am just not a fan that they messed with my profile so I don't have access to a lot of tools I use to with the switch, aswell as the way plan changes have to be done... It makes things take longer and it is more tedious I think.

i don't know about ya'll, but when i logged in on sunday and my pos reminded me that i had ubp7 i knew i was in for a long day. all i heard all day was i have enough passwords, why do i need to change my sprint password to a 6-10 digit pin.

Yeah, I just don't even have to ask if they want it set up. I don't want to "upset" the customers who get to me any more than they already are... lol
