How much different is the pay scale for repair reps vs. an average sales rep? Just wondering.

I know thatmy hourly pay is better than the reps pay. I think it's usually at least a couple dollars more an hour. But when you figure in commission, the reps make more than me. And can make quite a bit more too.

Well, I start my two days of in store training tomorrow. On Monday I will be driving 1.5 hours each way everyday for 2 weeks for regular training. After all that fun I will be a sales rep in a class B store.

Advanced Tech Support, but I'm hoping to move to a Class B store soon.

I feel totally cheated to hear how much you guys make in store, when techs actually do most of the account-saving. Not to belittle anyone else, because all of our jobs are important, but the vendor callcenter employees are getting screwed harder than you would believe. No one is expected to know more than technical support reps. We are expected to do ALL of your jobs, plus our own, which in itself is more intense than any of them (except maybe BAR). And yet they still start our poor noobs at $9 or less per hour, and with ever-tightening restrictions and expectations, there is almost no chance of bonus-ing unless you are a well-seasoned rep. The low pay in callcenters,...

yeah bro i work for retail and a customer care call center. they treat us okay, but outsourcing Sprint to countries like India are KILLING us in bill issues and misled information. they put notes on the account that make it impossible to honor. last situation, a rep in India promised a business customer that he can get the Instinct on his 3 lines for free, provided him a "Tracking Number" and said it would be able to work with his SERO account. that was the hardest lead call ive had to face...they give good bonuses, but make it impossible to hit quota in Customer Care nowadays...

Sprint 2008, 🤣 😎 😳

It's to many to even recall,

Verizon is offering a bb curve for 99.99 and you are giving it for 179.99... people hello we have access to other competitor sites... i go to verizon of course and see that it's for 199.99. and the funny thing about it is, he was trying to bully me as if i was scared of telling him no... hahaha 🤣

most of the calls,

always say that they will get a single plan for 40.00 a month for 1000 min including unlmited txt and internet... .yeah right.. like you are going to a new company and they are going to give you all that...

too too many stories
