The only thing that has been wrong with Sprint is they had a billing system prone to errors which has since been decomissioned, and alot of poorly trained call center employees because Sprint gre so fast they couldnt keep up with the call centers. Sprint is focusing on better customer service and policies in their retail stores and call centers and for 4 months in a row churn has gone down.
So I dont know about you but the only thing Tmobile has Sprint beat in is customer service, so unless you plan on calling in every day to chat with a customer service rep you would be crazy for choosing anything but Sprint if youre choosing bewteen Sprint and Tmobile. i take offense to that. my hyundai has a much better warranty and will last a lot longer than any GM POS that they make.
