If you read the whole conversation I was explaining about the message/talk/dc plans are under simply everything plans according to KMS. Please read everything instead of nit-picking certain things.

Duh, I know that. Did you read anything about that conversation and the point I was making. Please look it up in KMS and see what I'm talking about unde r simply everything plans. I don't think that a customer should be requires to sign up on a simply everything plan if they don't want it. Some people may just want the shiny new phone. They may not want everything that comes with the simply everything plan or everything plans.

Just in my region alone for Sprint CDMA CONSUMERS excluding businesses ... we are offering 8 different plans. That is a lot of information to keep straight. In my experience it is best to see the QRBs or LaunchBooks on these plans because just like the "PhoneGame" when you start passing information down a line you lose vital information or information gets changed.

In other regions I know that they are offering more than 8 plans. I challenge anyone that is dedicated to providing their customers with the best possible information to find these QRBs and LaunchBooks and familiarize themselves with all of the plans in your region and their offerings. Also never overlook the fine print!!!

I completely agree and I believe our company is getting a lot better. I know first hand when new things come out we get different stories on how its suppose to work.

Jump off a cliff and die a horrible death, like hell i am going to spend 4 hours of MY TIME unpaid reviewing the plans and features, if the company wants to pay me to do this then it is the companies time and i will gladly do so. Otherwise no dice, its my time and my time is not given freely.

What the point is that I (and I am betting WhoDey also) am trying to make is that the plans have different qualifying factors, It has nothing to do with names. It has to do with the fact that customers can lose their mail in rebates if they select the wrong phone with the wrong plan and unfortunately most people are unaware of this.

On the actual brochures for the plans and in the LaunchBook and QRB it clearly outlines the differences. You are correct that they are all "Simply Everything" PLAN*S*, however there is only one Simply Everything PLAN and only two everything plans. If you're talking about the requirement of a data plan for MIRs then all of the new plans include web, so they are covered.

Also, PDAs now "require" an Everything plan because of the bundled data packs, but it can be the 450, 900, or unlimited plan. It doesn't matter which one just as long as it's any of the Everything plans with data included.

In those there is no functional difference except the number of minutes.

You may be thinking of the Talk/Messaging plans, which have similar minute tiers. Those aren't eligible for PDAs or MIR offers.
