Figure this, $99.99 + the optional $7 for TEP, $4 for RR and $10 for INDC would be $120.99 per month. Throw on a high of 20% in taxes brings it up to about $146 so the answer to your question is yes.

They can get whatever plan fits their needs, there is no limit just because of a spending limit. However, if they do have a spending limit and choose a high MRC plan+options, then it is the sales person's role to fully educate the customer and recommend some amount of prepayment so that when the bill hits it does not exceed the limit. It is greatly recommended to pre-pay any activation fee if they choose any ~$100 plan. If they have a spending limit and high MRC plan, be sure to note that you have educated them on how to manage it.
