Weirdest thing just happened..

I just activated a customer in P2K without a social so he had a 150 deposit, right?!everythings fine. So when I tender out give him his new number program the phone, it doesn't work. So I test call the number from my store phone, Some random guy answered. but when I look up the phone number the new account I created shows up. What the hell????

So anyway changed the number to a new number, new number doesn't work at all. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

You should be careful using P2K they're looking for any reason to get rid of people. Even though Ensemble is a pain in the butt but it's supposed to get better 🙄 so they say.

yep, we just had a big talk in my store about not activating in P2K.

Then yesterday, it was the only thing that worked... hm.. now why would I want to activate in P2K again?!

I still wouldn't do it through P2K. I also noticed whenever I did sells through NSS it did show up on my commissions even before the ones I actually did myself through Ensemble.

It was the only way to do a no social activation. I don't think they'll do it through NSS will they?

Pretty sure I've activated in Ensemble without a social.. it gave me a $200 dollar deposit tho, 2 lines. No problems at all.

yeah it said field social missing in an error that came up. might have been all the probs with the system yestrday though/

NSS will do it, they rock.

They're my go to people when my systems crash.

NSS has been able to help me with that on occasion as long as two IDs are presented according to the M&Ps.

And therein lies the problem
You get different answers depending on who you talk to.

And yes they CAN and DO set up shell accounts, theyll try to tell me they dont, but then I tell them they do and will, and they do.

Im getting paid for my work, thank you very much, I dont need YOU doing it for me and not showing on my order report.

I thought the only time activations are to be done is if you have an existing P2K customer doing an add on to their account. All new activations in our retail store are done in RMS. 🤨

If you need to activate someone in ensemble with no social, use all nines (i.e. 999-99-9999) It won't error out and will create the ban for you.

If that doesn't work, call the credit department (1-800-639-6111) give them your credit dealer pin, and and then the customers application number, and they should be able to create the BAN from that.
