Ok I have heard this is not aval on the old billing system. I have also heard this is a rumor and there is no such plan out yet. Does anyone have solid proof of this plan and cost. I also heard there is a free code for unlimited text messaging is this true?

"Sprint Pick 3" as you call it is not a feature that can be added just by calling into Customer Care. Again, CUSTOMER CARE cannot add this feature.

about the text messaging, you are correct. The code is free, but the MRC is 10 for a single power pack, 15 for free incoming, or 20 for a family power pack. 😎

I have been in contact with Retentions and "pick3" is available but only to the new billing customers. It is 5.00 and they also have a "sprint to home" option for 5.00 which allows you to call a home line without subtracting minutes. I hope there isn't anyone stupid enough to select this option when they can choose 3 lines.

its not a matter of "stupidity" but availability, sprint to home is available to everyone regardless of billing system thru regular CS while pick 3 is much harder to get added. Also while pick three does work for any three numbers or 5 for $10 a month the sprint to home is an excelent value for its target audience for $5

all you have to do is email Ecare and tell them that a rep promised you free unlimeted text messaging and you are upset and they will apply a code. They are only supposed to do it for hearing impaired customers, but I know for a fact they dont look into it...

I work in retentions and depending on which rep you get you can get the pick 3 for free and pick 5 for 5.00...the 2nd option we can give the pick 3 for 5.00 and pick 5 for 10...I know some reps in my call center will not give it to you just because you call in to ask for it..you have to threaten to cancel for them to add it to your acct..not all reps are like that though...we don't have a code for free unlimited text but we can give it to you for 8.00...hope that answers your question

I called in and this is what I was told, 8.00 for unlimited text but I said NO and he gave it to me for free on one line. He also told me anyone with a plan over 40.00 will receive the "pick3" free and plans under 40.00 will be charged 5.00. How will I get my text free if there is no code?

simple on your account there was an unlimited text plan added for $10 and then another code was added to credit that $10 back each month and the code either has a lifespan of one to two years after wich it will expire and need to be reaplied.

jojojoooo, i have the magic code to get the unlimited texts pack for free, its not necessary to apply a credit to make it free XD, i use this some times with custs that really use a lot of texts or already have the service, there are a lot of excellent codes in ubp... i love ubp XD

I think it's funny people never knew this plan existed until someone said something so all of a sudden we have people saying if I don't get this feature they're going to cancel. It amazes me how people want loyalty from these companies and show none. It's just like somebody on here said before Only Sprint customers wanna make a bargain. The only people that would go to Burgar King and say if I don't get the whooper for this price I'm going to switch to Mcdonalds.

when sprint canceled my free text and vision plan without any notice on me I couldn't get them to fix it. And yet so many people get everything and the kitchen sink. All I wanted was what I had when I signed the contract.
