THANK YOU SPRINT!!

I emailed ecare and asked about the pick 3 option being added to my account, they email me back and said they would be happy to add it for free. I'm not one of those customers who are always trying to wiggle something out of Sprint, it's just my wife is pregnant and the pick 3 option would work great for all her calls to her mom. Done deal. Thank you Sprint 😁

It's like My Circle or My Faves, but only 3.

It can be added to your account for $5.00 per line, and sometimes for free if you can smoothe talk someone in CS.

Sprint is desperate to keep loyal customers right now. If I were you, I'd shoot an e-mail to customer care and see what they'll do.

Good Luck! 🙂

if you think logically then you would see that sprint isn't giving you much for free. tmobile give 5 free with a 39.99 plan...altell give you 5,10,20 with the lowest plan at 39.99...so by sprint giving you 3 for free with our lowest plan being 39.99....I don't see how we are giving something away because it is just the same if we announced it to the world as a regular plan...so no sprint isn't given the far away..we are keeping our customer with us by offering a different options

Great! 🙂

Your story reminds me of a cartoon I saw years ago entitled "You Never Can Win With a Bigot." In this cartoon, it would start off with someone making a racial comment, then what they just said we get shot down completely by someone else. But by the next frame, the bigot would have some other comeback to try to save face.

All the Sprint bashers here love to say how much Sprint sucks, but when a situation like yours is told, the same bashers will say, "Yeah, I guess Sprint has to give away the farm to keep what customers they still have." Yeeesh! 🙄

Anyway, con...

3 Numbers Any Network is not available to our general customer base. Customer Care cannot add this feature.

I'm not sure how eCare was able to add it. Last I checked they couldn't add the feature either.

I called in and had it added for $5.00 per line.

E-Care sends you a response back saying it CAN be added, but you have to call in to CS to get it.

I am a supervisor Customer Care. We cannot add this feature. It is a retention feature, and is only available through them. If Care tries to add it an error message pops up.
