Ok is it possible to have Sprint print me out a break down of my plan, including my employee discount, loyalty discount, free text messaging and no monthly occuring 3rd line fee? Everytime I ask they send me just the basic breakdown excluding all of the above, eventhough I receive them I want them on paper.

your only chance is to call Account Services and have them email you in care we can't send out a printout of your plan and we don't have access to email

Yes I do but it doesn't have any of my extra features, it shows I get a dicount but it doesn't say 25% etc... it doesn't show 500 text free per line, it doesn't show 3rd line no monthly cost either. I also get a loyalty discount 15%

why do you need to see this all if you don't mind me asking? All that stuff is just in the codes anyway, if it's taking off the discounts, I don't see what the problem is.

Oh noes not the retention codes! :S They will usually give stuff back if it gets taken off for some reason. Otherwise email or go into the store and have them put something in your notes saying what you had.

Because it seems every months they screw up my bill. When I add up the total percentage I should be receiving it doesn't equal the 25% it comes to like 15% and the same when they add it, but they tell me oh yeah it says your getting a 25% discount. The math just doesn't add up so I want to see it on paper this is what you are receiving.

Discounts like an Employer Discount, or a Loyalty discount only come off of your actual voice plan and not any of the add-ons on your account. So, judging from what you've told us, here's an example:

Voice Plan: Fair & Flexible Family 1400 Shared Minutes
Line 1: $53.99
($89.99 -40%(25% Employer, 15% Loyalty)
Line 2: $0
(Second Line is included in $89.99)
Line 3: $0
(Special to get free third line)

Add-Ons:
Line 1:
Blackberry Power Vision Pack: $30
T.E.P. Insurance: $7
Line 2:
500 Text Messages: $0
Line 3:
500 Text Messages: $0

So, your total bill before Taxes and Fee's, should come out to around $90.99. Now keep in mind, I have no idea what your plan includes, but I just did this as an example to show you that even thou...

It seems in every post containing something for free or an additional discount you are always putting your two sense in wanting to know how you can get more from the company. YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOR FREE. Take what you've got and be thankful. I pity the retail reps and care staff that have to deal with you on a regular basis jck472. It is customers like yourself that keep our care department tied up all day handling unecessary BS. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ
