picture mail resolution

ok,

* picture mail is a different service from text. all together. they are not related. (for sprint)

*if you have the $5 picture mail pack you are not supposed ot be charged data for sending and receiving pictures. you will be charged tho. and we will credit it back. if any rep gives you a hard time about this refer to document picture mail matrix.

*if you have a power pack family plan of 69.99 or higher you can get an unlimtied text plan for $20

*if you have any other family plan or a power pack family plan that is only 59.99 you have to pay $15 per line for unlimited text.

*if you have an individual power pack plan you can get unlimited text for $10

*if you have nay other indiviual plan it is $15

*we do not have fami...

obviously this picture mail change was not automatic or widely published , as I still have customers still getting charged for PCSData for picmail


could the fact that we are in an affiliate market and still use P2K trhough iPCS make a difference?

well like i said in the post they will be charged, but bc of that document we will have to credit them back for it. i dont know if its just a p2k thing i checked in tools and billing alerts or whatever and didnt see anything.

Ok answer me this why did I start off with the fair and flex 100min per 5.00 and now they knocked me all the way down to 30min per 5.00? What's up with that crap?

I ran into a similar situation yesterday I will almost gauruntee you changed the amount of minutes in your plan and the new plan had a diffrent tier structure. And most likely since it was still a F&F plan the rep probably didn't think to tell you or even notice the tiers were diffrent.

I have the Power Pack Family 1400 with PwrSource data pack (with 1000 txt) for 10 dollars on each line..that gets me unlimited picture mail correct?

no... that gets you unlimited SMS messages (text only)

according to the info posted by mottler, the $5 package will get you the unlimited picture mail.. I however had always thought that you had to have the a vision or power vision package for unlimited picturemail

No worries I am fairly certain powersource unlimited data pack included unlimited picture mail, doesn't hurt to double check tho. Thanks.

ok there is

* $10 powersource data pack that is available on the ic402 and the ic502 that includes 1000 text, unlimited data, nfl mobile, sprint radio, and sprint mobile email.

*$15 that is available for the ic402 and ic502 that includes unlimtied data, unlimited text, nfl mobile, sprint radio, mobile email

*then theres another $10 pack that inludes unlimited picture mail too its only available (so kms says) on the ic602

*then theres another $15 pack available only on the ic602 the included the same as the other $15 pack but it also included unlimited pic mail.

*then theres anotehr $10 pack available only for the ic902 that included the same as the second $10 pack and sprint tv and on demand

*then theres anotehr $15 pac...

but why even have picture mail. i used to have verizon but now i have sprint, but on verizon you could take a picture and send it no problem, no extra charge, no extra feature. you could send the picture just like a regular text and anybody who has verizon or had verizon knows what im talking about.

Yes it is like that on AT@T as well they can send picture mail just like text no extra charge. Sprint come on now we need a bone

yeah that KMS document is iffy. How would we tell what the difference of casual usage vs. charges occuring becuase of picture mail.

picture mail support tool. see when they sent and received pictures and compare it to when the internet was used.

Ok, lets get some facts straight:

1. The $5 pic mail attachable options is NOT MMS! It is only the ability to upload your pictures to a web server to be managed by yourself from a computer.

2. Sprint offers the power pack family text for all power pack family plan users...$59.99 plan included.
