Sprint Was Nice On 611
I call customer care today because I am having issues with my paycheck to extend my due date until thursday of this week. They gladly did it.
Then, what shocked me, the guy says to me "Since you are a great customer, and pay your bill on time, im giving you a 70.00 credit." 😲 😲 😲 😲
I was amazed. 😁
Goes to show you, I really think sprint is starting to care about customers.....

You may want to call back in and ask if they extended your contract. When we did those offers in the corporate stores for people they HAD to sign a contract to get that offer. Never hurts to just make sure.
