and to top it all off now.... Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad ..... I just found out that all corporate market dealers are going to switch to UBP this month.
but the esteemed Rolling Eyes (steamed?) affiliate markets still 'get' to use P2K. as if we didn't have enough trouble getting sales support to understand what we are trying to do. Now they will hae even fewer stores trying to do these procedures and even less of an understanding over time about what we need to do to help the customers.

so in not trying to be redundant; I repeat...

I understand the problem with ensemble/ubp. The system is limited on what can actually be done with it. Payment history for the past year, ESN swap history, direct plan/feature code searches, and straight forward account notation are all gone. We Business cust care reps still use premier and p2k and it works great with answering alot of questions customers have about long term account issues but when we get that switch to the new system officially...I'll be in the same boat. I ask myself why sometimes Confused

okey guys heres the deal, i have been using ensemble for four years and it is not hard, you can pull up payment history you just have to select the right option at the beginning of the screen, maybe the issue is that you do not know how to use it, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
