Whats going on with Sprint? Where are the new phones?
I have the motorola Q and all my friends with other carriers have really nice smart phones that have come out with thier company's. Sprint is usually pretty good about keeping up with the competition. We are getting are butts kicked... Sidekick 3, Iphone, Rumor, when can we expect something brand new to roll out from sprint!!! I mean seriously this is begining to get frustrating.... I have always been with sprint but if this keeps up I may have to switch carriers....

Yes and everyone is a POS Look at Verizons line-up I go into a store and 75% of thier phones are interesting. I go into a Sprint store and the one that may have some possibilities is usually met with a crappy screen or camera or no stereo blue tooth

All the reviews I've read say the Centro is the 2nd highest rated PDA phone after the iPhone. AND it's $300 cheaper! AND it works on a faster data network, has micro SD cards available to increase memory, and you can change the battery without sending it to company to replace!

I bought the Centro in October when it first came out and it has been a fantastic phone so far. The keys are a little small but after the first couple of days I got used to it. 😁

hey buddy. The Sanyo 7050, LG rumor, Muziq, Treo 755, and the BB 8830 all have AWESOME battery life. And the Moto Q9 comes with an extended battery.

The Centro...It feels like a kids toy, its bulky and the numbers are made for munchkins. The menu layout sucks and it has no screen savers that are worth viewing.

Who are you talking too? I know its not me because I have a Blackberry Pearl and actually I am pretty impressed which is very hard to do. Sprint still is subpar in the product field and has been for years. Sprint take a hint "LG"

it appears as if there are many carriers who are offering these various types of phones and they are all very similiar. Sprint has steadily been fighting the competition and I believe that they will continue to do what it takes to ensure that the customers are satisfied. I have been a Sprint carrier for 12+ years and never really had a problem with the phones because of the CDMA format that we are currently using.

Patience, it may take a while, remember Sprint is still playing WiMax, so the better "new" phones should be WiMax versions!
