You mean change your actual phone number that people dial to reach you? That involves the network as much as the phone. If you only changed your phone number settings on the phone, it would simply stop working. Your phone number has to be provisioned by the carrier.

Well thats just the problem.. Wut happens is when I push 1 to call voicemail it calls someone elses number than mine. So I just need to change that number back to mine... 😕
