My girl friend is interested in the sero program more specifically the data connection card. I thought I read somewhere that you knew of people that got a sero account and also got their employer discount as well. She is a health care worker and should qualify for the wsca discount. PM me if you could about any details.

thanks in advance

You want to sign up for the SERO program first.

www.sprint.com/sero
use john.smith@sprint.com as the e mail address

Once you have established your SERO account and receive your package in the mail, stop by one of the retail stores and ask a RC/LRC to go into one of their applications called BAM and have them look up the WSCA MRC discount and ask them to write down the IL node for WSCA. Call Sprint Business Customer Care and they will attach her Sprint account to the WSCA discount. Not that her billing cycle may change as all WSCA employees have the same billing cycle.

pretty sure you can't combine SERO with NVP

It CAN work. I know P2K allows the NVP with SERO, and it's a 50/50 chance on Ensemble.

I've seen some customers get turned down their NVP, due to SERO, on Ensemble.

Stores in the near future will be able to attach NVP in stores.

As a heads up Yean, the retail stores can attach NVP accounts through SNC. They have to go to the employee tools sections and select all tools to do so.

Yes, the NVP form is set in SNC, then sent to another dept, to attach. There is something new, according to the previous Playbook, that will be in store. No forms, from my understanding.

When Ensemble works correctly, RCs/LRCs can do the IL NVP discount attachment themselves in it.

That's correct. The new, and hopefully last, update for Ensemble is going to allow a lot more. Looking forward to the new Ensemble, and learning the new system. Hopefully, this will detect human error on pricing and plans.

The chances would be better if you were to apply online for the NVP or going into a store, to apply for the NVP.

Most business reps are trained to turn away SERO.

thats pretty amazing if NVP can be combined with SERO. It really shouldn't be since that's stacking offers which is typically disallowed in all forms of retail.

Correct, I'm pretty sure that why P2K is going away, TOO may exploits.
