I Just received my replacement MUZIQ (Speaker Blew) and they sent me all the accessories that come with the phone and my question is can I keep the charger? or all of the accessories?

Sorry buddy but last i heard, is you gotta include ALL original kit components and packaging, including the Packing Slip. If not, then you'll get charged for it. Im 95% sure you have to return everything the phone came with..

First, I'd recommend calling Asurion (insurance), for the proper answer. I strongly believe you can keep all the accessories. TEP, or Asurion, insures the actual device..NOT accessories. If you were to lose, your charger, Asurion, isn't going to send you a charger or any other lost accessory. 😉

Hey Yean, CAN they keep all the accessories from the original purchase? i thought they had to return everything the phone came with on the 30 day returns...seems like "Sbtyler12" is doing a 30 day return...

at my store we let the customers keep the accessories on a case by case basis as all we do is throw them in a box for warranty exchanges.

I don't have Insurance. It came through the mail so I think It was a warranty exchange but am am not sure. I Called in when the phone was 29 days old.
