Does sprint have coverage (or roaming) in Canada?
My husband is up there....he tried to call and it didn't work, but he managed to get a text message through....weird.

What city is your hunband in? Also, have your husband power his phone off, and on. Check his roaming settings. Sprint is only covered in the U.S., and has mant roaming agreemnets with national and international carriers.

He's fishing in Quetico, which as far as I know is in the middle of nowhere, lol. Thanks for the advice....that makes sense to turn the phone off and back on again. (It may seem obvious but I wouldn't necessarily have thought of it!) 🙂

To reduce international romaing he should have contacted the international department www.sprint.com/internation to make certain it was enabled on his handset.
