To anyone that's interested, I can confirm that the V9M is launching this month.

From the looks of it the phone just looks like a prettier version of the RAZR with a better camera. It does support themes and it has a built in email client. No sdhc card support which makes no sense to me.

srp $399.99 yikes. Two year contract price is $249.99 plus the obligatory $50 mail in rebate. Sounds a little pricey to me.

Are you looking at the phone? BETA testing? If you're BETA testing, does it have a full HTML browser, and I'm more than sure the phone has a J2ME platform, but I'm still going to ask. Is the platform Linux? Thanks in advance.

Yes it does have a full html browser. It is JAVA enabled, micro sd slot. The UI looks to be the same as the IC902. Phone package includes 256 MB micro sd card and card reader.

the CDMA model will not be linux based...thats only for the GSM version...go to www.motorola.com and you'll get a break down of what each version of the phone will offer.

well duuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh....non phone geeks like us don't care about the functionality. moto's target customer is from 14-30. normal teenagers don't care if the memory is bad or if it runs on java or what not, it looks great, and that is a that counts for them.
