Attention corp. Sprint employees
Do any of you know of the new contests that are rolling out soon? I heard from a very reliable source (higher-up), that Sprint is going to lease very high end cars such as Jaguar, BMW, and Ferrari...yes I said Ferrari, for upcoming contest winners. Sprint focus will be data, and Sprint is going to hold their corp employees accountable for their quota attainment (data, quota, accy run rate, etc). If anyone has any info share, or email me. I don't know what other contests and prizes are coming up. Wow!

Through the higher up management echelon, I have heard Sprint will be modelling the accountability structure like that of Verizon Wireless regarding activation, data and accessory quotas. All 3 targets will have to be met and if any one is missed in a given month, the disciplinary action will be:
1st time; a documented verbal warning
2nd time; a written warning
3rd time; a final warning
4th time; termination
From my understanding though, if you are on a disciplinary measure, you will fall one step after hitting all 3 targets for 2 consecutive months.
