Be smart and steer clear of ANY and ALL Motorola devices offered by Sprint. Instead of Sprint Ahead, you'll be Sprint Behind. I'd suggest waiting for the Sanyo Katana DLX which is the replacement to the Sanyo 8400.

I've had a couple KRZR's go out and the custy didn't complain about the phone at all.

I actually love the Moto UI.

Anyways, I'm coming from a string of VZW phones. You must love the Moto UI compared to the VZW UI.

Because i didn't mind the VZW KRZR, but the UI was ugly and slow. But im sure that has to do mostly with it being VZW software.
