Hey you know when you have your phone of and turn it on, the words "Fusic, by LG" pop up in a yellow screen, and right after that the keypad turns on and it displays the Sprint logo and the phone turns on...but mine started acting weird all of a sudden...It stays on the "Fusic by LG" page and never moves past that...anyone know what could be wrong with it? I'll pay a reward if anyone could help me ...

Take the battery out of your Fusic while it is still powered up. Leave the battery out for 1 minute before replacing it into the phone. Power up the Fusic and see if it goes past the boot process and start up screen. If it doesn't, your Fusic may need to have the software reflashed at a Sprint service and repair center or it very well could be hardware failure which one of the technical support representatives at the service and repair center will be able to determine.

im guessing that didnt work? that was my only idea too, unless the QPST can get your contacts out.

i once saw a guy with an a900 with the flip broken off, and they got all his contacts out of it. i guess it just needs to be able to get power. you would have to ask a store tech about that one.

we got any store techs in here?

I'm a tech. I have seen this several times. All but one was liquid damaged.

If the phone won't go past the start up screen on the fusic, you can't get anything out of it.

You're right about only needing the phone to turn on to get info out of it, but it unfortunately has to turn all the way on.

The only phones that I've seen that will let you get contacts without the phone fully turning on are some older sanyo's that had gone to the "service required" screen. Just one more reason to get a sanyo.
