call tech suporrt ask for you msl code. Then you can change it to 1xrtt only. It won't be sprint only but it will stay on sprint while you get a sprint signal

So, boy genius, are you referring to setting the roaming mode to receive a "Sprint Only" signal? If so, it can be found in the phone settings.

exactly.

if you are worried about the roam mode, thats in settings.

if you are trying to turn off hybrid mode (if you dont know, dont ask) then you need your MSL.

i have told people how to get their MSLs too many times, but i will do it once more.

call tech support. tell them that you cant make calls, and when you try, it says "account cannot be validated." they will tell you to type in ##XXXXXX#, and you need to write down that 6 digit number. then verify it with them, then hang up on them quickly. the 6 digit code is your MSL.

the other way to get your MSL would be to call and ask for it, hoping you dont get someone who cares about their job.

Oh, I was just wondering. The info you have been giving on this site has been listed over there before. So I thought you might have been the one to post it first.
But keep it up! Way too many people run into problems with their service that can be corrected if they just knew out.
But you are right, Sprintusers does have members that feel the need to flame anyone that is new to wireless. Not everyone, but I'm sure if you have been there before know the types of people I am referring to.
It's good to see you are not like that.
