Every customer I've spoken with today has gotten bent out of shape with me simply because I informed them of policies pertaining to their account.

Anyone else having a similar day?

How ironic that my first endeavor into the wireless industry was for an indirect store with the initials EW (Elephant Wireless) and now through a serious of events I'm back working for an indirect with the very same initials (Enhances Wireless)

Chills are going up and down my spine.

This customer came in saying his phone was stolen that he bought a year ago, so i check his rebate eligibility, nogo. He came the next day and threatened one of my employees with the good old "if i dont get this i'll leave bit" but she couldnt do anything to begin with. He actually threatened her, so she called me. He came back when i was working. I told him never to set foot in this k...

Let me guess, he either didn't have insurance on his phone or did and didn't want to pay the deductible.

no insurance, he also said he left his phone and it got stolen, thus being sprint's fault. He also said he never got service in pittsburgh, which is a crock, pittsburgh is probably one of the best sprint coverage area's anywhere.

He wasn't the sharpest knife in the toolshed
