Family Plan Txt/Vision Prices

Snuggles

My brother and I pay $20 text unlimited between both of us, but each of us have to pay $20 a month for unlimited Vision. So thats a total of $30/month for unlimited text/pic/internet. Isn't Alltel just $19/month and Cingular $20-25 a month?
What does $20 a month Vision allow me to do anyhow?

Well the only one that i can tell you about would be alltell. it will be twenty dollars for the unlimited text per line and then depending on the phone you have it will either be 5 dollars for unlimited internet or if you are carrying around a smartphone upwards of thirty dollars. the vision pack at 20 dollars allows you unlimited internet acces along with tv radio, and the option of expanding your channels for radio or tv or getting gps nav. both of the internets for alltel allow you internet acces and that it.

WOW! 😳 😲 😳 ! That's over 160 text messages per day! How on earth do you have time to do anything else?

The most I've ever used in one month is about 97.

I take it you have one of the two current PowerSource handsets since the 1000 text messages and unlimited Vision is only available for customers who are using either the ic402 or ic502.

Snuggles if you are not taking advantage of the extended features of your vision package and just want net access without TV, Radio, or Navigation you can contact customer care and have them Remove your $20 Power Vision pack and add the $5 Unlimited net pack that is just the web without all the bells and whistles. That would put you at $15 per line for unlimited text and Net.

Sprint has the most inexpensive unbundled text and data pricing out of all the cellular companies.

Sprint: ---------------------------------------
Texting Packages:
Unlim. With power pack plan $10.00
Unlim $15.00
1000 $10.00
500 $5.00

ALL UNLIMITED Web Packages:
Web Only: $5.00
Smart $25.00
RIM BB $39.99
Max $25.00
Mid $20.00
Basic $15.00

What exactly would $5 unlimited net vs the current $20 offer. Right now all I really use is the net to access my Google Gmail, and also the Sprint News, sports weather portal that comes on the Sayno M1.

Snuggles I think the best thing for you would to be going into a store and showing someone what you do with your phone so they can let you know what internet package is best for you.

Unlimited Navigation is unlimited use of Garmin or TeleNav applications on your phone.

It may also be good for you to have someone go over you bill with you. You may be subscribing to stations you can get access to with a different internet package. If you have an email addy send me a PM with a scan of your bill and I will look at it for you and send you back some scenarios of how you could change your pricing plan. Of course I reccomend that you do this on the day your billing cycle ends so you can avoid "prorated charges" which I would be happy to expl...

with the family power pack plan, it's $20 for unlimited texting, lines 2-5 free. basically the unlimited texting is shared throughout the lines. i don't think you can share the vision, though.

what it does for you depends on the $20 vision plan you have, is it just plain vision or power vision?
