used the 8830 for 3 days, brought it back
keyboard too hard to use, small keys, close together, memory card hard to access, battery cover stuck, track ball sucks.

You're smoking crack. Sprint hasn't even launched the Blackberry RIM 8830. It won't be out until sometime next month. Sounds like you have RIM 8830 manufactured for Verizon Wireless which explains a bunch. Don't be a tool and continue to post in incorrect forums and if you do, make sure you have your facts correct.
