possible upstage backlighting issue
i just had a manager from another store email me (and the rest of the district) saying that he has had two upstage phones that have a backlighting issue where the backlight does not go out for as long as 8 minutes with no applications running. has anyone run into this issue yet? i personally have not, but i wanted to get nationwide feedback on this issue.

i have mentioned it before, but i work advanced tech for sprint. most of the techs hate this phone, but i think its pretty cool. im thinkin about getting it since i havent found any major issues.

it seems like i can't sell this phone to save my life. we've had it for over a week now and sold 2. everyone thinks it's cool but too much like a toy. go figure:they ask for all the features in the world and when they get a few of them they dont want it. i hate customers haha

yea, i catch alot of crap for liking this phone, but i stand by it. its very unique, and im sure would take some time to get used to, but i still want it. i wish it was on the sero site...

I got my Upstage earlier this week and love it.
Saw your post and tested mine. It went off in exactly 8 seconds. Probably because it's set to go off in 8 seconds. All around great phone.

Mine does this too!! how do you fix it? I just got this phone last week and I do not want to have to send it in-or is there a Software Fix???
