Far to many negative overtones about Sprint out there !

🙄 If yah really think they are that bad, then dump them for crying out loud 🙄

I am reading so many "negative waves" about Sprint and people really need to get a life.

I joined Sprint for going on 5-months now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the RF and the crystal clear voice fidelity.
I have absolutely no issues with CSR's (had to make two inquiries on billing and rebate plan) and they helped me immediately.

My new RAZR V3M (see review I just posted) is excellent and is everything I had hoped it would be.

What I did find as "lame" were the Sprint dealer stores (sold other carriers as well). They were more interested in making a sale than trying to serve me and answer my specific questions on Spri...

Yeah, its best to shop at an exclusive Sprint store, wether it be a corporate store or retailer......multi carrier stores want to sell you what pays them the most dough.

Word around the campfire is that Sprint usually pays the best at those kind of places...

I haven't had any problems with CS in two years. They have had sporatic outages in my neck of the woods for the last month. The network is very well built in most areas of the country (minuse iPCS markets). With how many towers they have yet to synergize the network is only going to get better. I have noticed a big difference in voice quality between Verizon and Sprint. It always seems like Verizon slurs everything together. I always tell my Verizon friends they sound like they are drunk slurring everything. Not bashing them as they do have a large network and a lot of people on it, the latter which may be the culprit.
