Attn: All Sprint Reps, say I!

I wish more people posted in the Sprint forum. I have gotten kind of into my job and I am sick of reading Verizon's postings... I want us to be unified too. So if you work for Sprint, shout out your name, where you're located and what your position is.. and how old you are too if it doesn't bother you. Okay okay, I'll start... 😛

I've got spirit, yes I do... I've got spirit.. how 'bout you?!?! 😲 ummm yeah jk... 😕
ONE & DONE!! (the more you say it, the more it catches on.. and before you know it the bartender is pouring free drinks for everyone...... well, it worked for me..)

Heh. Calls for unity are something Sprint needs, according to the upset customers I deal with.

Slander - Baton Rouge, LA - Customer Solutions Specialist, Grade II - 25.

I use and love T-Mobile, and I'm going to quit Sprint as soon as I hear back from the radio stations I'm auditioning at.

I do agree with the "One and Done" philosophy, though it's not always so simple in my line of work. This is especially true when it comes to hardware issues. (I still can't wrap my head around the people who call customer care because their screens don't work or what-have-you. What do you want me to do? Shout at the phone until it works?)

You're in Cincy, huh, Ash?

customer service over the phone never handles warranty issues. why can't they??? because they can not see your phone!!! they can't see that you dropped it in watter! they can't see your screen is out! they can not see that you ran it over with your car!!! if your screen is out take it to a store! that is what they are there for.

sorry i am just tired of people who are not smart enough to figure out you can not call to get a warranty replacement. but then again most of the people calling are usually calling because the sprint store told them no and they think dropping your phone in the toilet is a manufacturer defect!

and no we can not take your word for it because over 60% of customers try to fraud sprint at some point or another. what...

They probably just don't know that customer service doesn't do Warranty exchanges. At some companys customer care does do warranty's. They can't possibly know untill someone tells them and the easyest way to find out is to call care before they go into the store.

i guess you do have a point with some companies do do warnety exchanges over the phone. take t-mod for example they only do customer service over the phone. you will not get any service in one of there stores!

that is another reason why i believe in sprint and why it is better. sure t-mob is cheaper but you really get what you pay for. when you walk into a sprint store that is a one stop shop. shoot in my store we even do repairs on the spot! and when it is not repaired instead of taking your phone from you and sending it in to be repaired we order you a repaired model (IE reconditioned) that is why you get a reconditioned phone under warranty. instead of taking your phoen and repairing it which would result in you being with out a phone ...

man... you just resored my faith. today i was actually starting to let the things irate customers say get to me.. but now i realize how good we are and how much our customers take it for granted and just try to cheat us out of more because they can. it's like,"we really do care and want to help. don't rip us off, because we really aren't out to do that to you...". i'm an honest salesperson and i insist that my client be honest with me. plus they'll got a lot further with the truth, even if it's bad. i'm a generous noter... 😉

i am a RCC in the kc aria. i love working for sprint but i can't firure out which i like more. solveing customer issues or the actuall selling of the product. there is nothing liek when a customer comes in screaming and leaves with a smile on his face. because you actually we able to help them understand and because you care. that is something many people in customerservice every where lack.

but thn of course i love it when a customer comes in with one of there friends who is convuiced sprint sucks and there company is better and they leave with there new sprint phone. i love to sell! in fact i do it to mauch family and friends are sick of it. but you to believe in something before you will be succesful with it. and i do believe 100% in ...

Hey Ash,
I agree with you More postings on the Sprint Forum. Great idea. Let's hear it for the network rated # 1 in the West by J.D. Power & Associates. Fewest dropped calls, best coverage inside the footprint, best data features!
