Anyone have a direct number for Ensemble?
does anyone have a direct number, I have been on hold in the store for 38 minutes and waiting!!!, THIS HAS BEEN THE 13TH TIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL TODAY, THE HOLD IS HORRIFIC.

Join the club. The hold is that long for internal transfers as well. Direct number or not.

Call National Sales Support (Nextel), Manager Hotline (option 2, then option 1), or Sprint Pilot. Can't give these numbers over the forum, due to internal use. 🙂

Ensemble is a joke! You can't assist the customers properly because you can't make any changes or find out what is going on with the customers bill without calling! This wastes so much time. The customers are upset because of our inability to assist them.

I am on the phone with them now and the number she gave me is 1 866 398 0455! Hopefully one is right!
