😲 Oh my gosh considering everything we are going through righ now with the the terminating of employee's, hiring freezes, changing to the ensemble billing system for all customers, the powersource phones and the usual every day stuff, that would be a night mare!

what they could do is buy them and leave them separate until they got their crap together. THey already have network integration with voice and data (EVDO) so it wouldn't be a big deal. Then combine when ready.

Integration with Alltel would be very easy compare to what is going on with the nextel integration. Really nothing would have to be done right away unless the FCC mandated it. Even then they could apply for extensions. I really think this would be a good buy for sprint due to the low debt and good cash flow Alltel has.

I agree it is just everything is a mess right now due to the merger with Nextel. Nothing is simple right now.
