it is me or does t-mo have the best phones. I mean ATTWS has 3 flipphones, that arent really appealing, only in price. Cingular carries cheap LG and those types of phones. Verizon.. forget them: LG and Audivox.. please[sarcastic].
The only carrier other than tmo that has decent phones is Sprint, those sanyo ptt phones look really appealing. And then there is nextel, they have okay phones, but they are outdated. Please post and share your carrier+phone interests.

I would agree with you. I am very happy with T-Mobile's selection of phones and think they have the best selection right now. I must admit that i don't know too much about other carriers selections though. But I agree that Verizon and their LGs and Audiovox..I mean seriously..Audiovox!?! Sprints phones are cool but their customer service sucks so bad that their selection doesn't matter. Cingular..eh. And Nextel, if I want to carry one of your phones, I'll get a brick and paint a Motorola symbol on it and wear it on my belt. It would feel the same. Just my opinions. 🙂

Have you seen the new i830? As small as any phone on the market.
...
Besides the Sidekick, what phones do you think outshine Cingular?
...
And phonepimp, if you look back at my post I really couldn't find any problems with Cingular's selection. I actually think it's pretty good. I gave Cingular an "eh". I just happen to prefer T-Mobiles selection cuz I'm with them...and cuz Catherine Zeta Jones is hot.

Brilliant reasoning!

yall can sometimes take subjects a lil too far dose it really matter........... 😕

Its idiots like you that flood the market with stereotypes. I used to be very dissapointed with T-Mobiles selection of phones but they have started to pick up the slack. Audiovox make very good phones for Verizon. LG makes their best phones vor Verizon. Verizon also carries Samsung and the Motorola V810. AT&T has very nice phones as far as technology is concerned but mostly their phones have features that the majority of users aren't concerned with. Cingular just has a mix of AT&T & T-Mobile phones. Nextel is Nextel, but their phones aren't bricks anymore, go walk into a Nextel store and take a look. Sprint phones are really nice. Above all I would say Verizon is 1st in phones, Sprint 2nd, and T-Mobile 3rd.

Ouch. I clearly stated at the end of my post "Just my opinions". But if you take that to mean, "Hey everybody, I'm a genius when it comes to phones and my opinion is the right one and if you don't agree then resort to childish name calling" then you're wrong.
T-Mobile rules.

Verizon in #1? Are you out of your mind? The number one complaint customers have with VZW is their piss-poor phone selection!
Cingular has what is widely regarded as the mose diverse and largest handset selection of any national carrier.
As for Sprint, after you get away from the Sanyos, most of their phones are crap. T-Mobile gets the phones well AFTER ATTWS and Cingular for the most part. So would you like to re-evaluate your so-called 'facts"?
...
Pimp??... T-Mobile ONLY got one phone that AT&T Wireless had for a while then T-Mobile got it. OK? .... Which was the Nokia 6800. And T-Mobile has the BEST selection out now. B/c the phones T-Mobile get are nice(most of them),have great features, and also work great with the service. Look at Cingular & the Moto v600? And Verizon some of them are nice looking BUT don't have recent/new features like bluetooth for example (they only have 1 w/bluetooth). They have more coverage then anybody but they are way behind on the phones. And also Cingular usually copies phones that T-Mobile get... AT&T phones are "OK" but I don't know how GOOD are their service/features so I can't really comment on them. I am happy w/T-Mobile service/features...
...
Actually, ATTWS had the V600 first, then Cingular. The problem with the V600 was on Moto's end, not ours. And THEN T-Mobile got it. Since T-Mobile doesn't USE 850, those issues won't affect them.
T-Mobile gets almost all the phones that they have in common with ATTWS/Cingular well AFTER the other carriers because they don't have the clout the bigger carriers have.

all MOTOS problems are on motos end, MOTOS ARE THE WORST PHONES EVER...WORSE THAN A DIXIE CUP AND STRING
...
I will agree with that with one exception... the V400. That phone rocks! Had mine since December, and it never lets me down. Maybe Moto should work with our R&D teams more often!

to me if you are gonna have a phone with a camera or good display why get a flip? you have a phone with a pic you cant look at, I have the Nokia 6620 and I love it to death
...
Depends on what ya like, I guess. I have a SE T637 too... great little phone. And the BT is a bonus!
...

...

Look on the bright side... things are gonna be nuts the next year or so...with what we have on the horizon things are gonna get shook up REAL good for the competition!
