How many bad phones?

I got the atrix2 the day it came out and started have weird signal issues. They gave me a new sim card and that didn't change anything, so they gave me a new phone and I'm still having the same problem and the phones been turning its self off and rebooting. Since I've had 2 bad phones can pick a different phone all together?

On my 2nd HTC TITAN...need HELP!

I used my Upgrade to get an HTC TITAN & got a great deal at just a .01! However, I've already returned the first one and I'm about to return this replacement I received due to the call quality/people complaining about me being muffled and/or having to repeat myself 2-3 times. I don't want to get another TITAN, would love to get an LG Nitro or HTC Vivid, but can't really afford the high price tag. Anyone have any tips on how to "Work" Customer Service to convince them to give me a great deal (if not for free) on one of the other phones - since I've had so much trouble?

Text messaging and call restrictions

I'm trying to find out how do they work in AT&T, and what the conditions were. Sprint has pretty simple steps, but I've heard that for this carrier it's more complicated.

AT&T drops T-Mo bid

From the Washington Post:

AT&T says it is ending its $39 billion bid to buy T-Mobile USA after facing fierce government objections.

The cellphone giant said Monday that the actions of the government to block the deal do not change the challenges of the wireless phone industry, which it says requires more airwaves to expand.

AT&Tโ€™s purchase of T-Mobile from Deutsche Telekom of Germany would have made it the largest cellphone company in the U.S. AT&T is currently the countryโ€™s second-largest wireless carrier, while T-Mobile is the fourth-largest.

The Justice Department sued to block the merger on Aug. 31, saying it would reduce competition and lead to higher prices.

Last month, the companies withdrew their application to the Fed...

Siri question

Do you have to have a network or wifi connection to use siri on the iPhone 4s, or does it use software that is built into the phone?

Upcoming Non Smart Phone Touch Screen Phones

Hello everyone,

I have two family members on my account that need a new phone.

They prefer a good sized touch screen phone.

The only ones that seems to appeal to them are the HTC freestyle, LG Encore and a few pantech phones.

Does anyone know if there are going to be any phones from samsung, HTC or LG soon?

at&t control

I would have to say for such a large company how can they not make sure we can get service anywhere. I was at Museum of Sci n Indus. in Chicago-t-mobile worked, sprint, nextel worked not att. I have lived through all there changes and blending of services etc when they bought Cingular. When they going to stop the control issue with downloads, sideloads etc... just give us the best fastest most reliable service.
I will say they have been great to work with on customer service-I know dont say it yes att&t customer service is great-yes with me they have been. Cell plans should get cheaper overall I know wishful thinking. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Roaming... off of MetroPCS?

That's right. The new LTE phones coming out for AT&T support LTE in the 700 band, as well as 1700... the same band MetroPCS LTE service is on. Coincidence? I think not! O:

Galaxy S2 owners...

Every time I set up the "buddies now" widget with contacts, they are removed within a day. The widget stays on my home screen, but the contact I assigned to it is removed. So the next day I have all these buddies now widgets that don't have any contacts assigned. I was curious to know if anybody else is having this issue, and if anybody knows what I can do to fix it. Thanks.

Bold 9900 delayed cause ATT is a CONTROL FREAK!

http://crackberry.com/attdeals-removes-tweet-blackbe ... »

One of the major reasons for the 9900 being delayed on AT&T is an ongoing debate between RIM and AT&T around the NFC implementation on the device. In the NFC world, the key component is the Secure Element (SE) and it holds the secure credentials (for e.g. the credit card number in case of NFC payments). The Issuer Security Domain controls the access to SE in terms of writing on to it. RIM is promoting a concept where they would hold the ISD, so RIM can roll out customized NFC services while AT&T wants ISD control on the devices that they roll out (this is in relation to the larger ISIS NFC payment project that they are a part of). I don

AT&T Nexus Prime Rumors? Will It Be Replacing The Infuse?

Has anyone heard any new/semi credible rumors about the nexus prime on AT&T?

With it's screen size and list of features it would be the ideal replacement/upgrade for the infuse.

International Roaming.

My contract just ended with verizon. I will be going over-seas for school on and off for 4-6 months at a time (Semester, break, semester, break etc). in Grenada.

Verizon has a notification on their website that says: Verizon Wireless will terminate your service for good cause if less than half of your voice or data usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on the Verizon Wireless National Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area.

Does that mean that verizon would NOT be a good choice for me to stay with. Is AT&T the same way? I don't want to rent a phone or get pre-paid international service if i can avoid it.

Any input?

Galaxy S II Accessories That Come With It In The Box - South Texas Region Availability

Good day all,

The infuse comes with an HDMI adapter, earbuds, a two gig card, data cable and 3.5 inch adapter.

What does the galaxy sII come with?

Am I going to have to buy each item separately?

Also I am here in the austin texas area and none of the corporate stores, at&t dealers, walmarts, targets or radio shacks have received theirs yet.

I keep getting told there is a email memo that for the first two weeks it's an online exclusive for at&t.

Every store I go into can only order it online and have it shipped to me but the wait to have it shipped is five to eight days.

Because of the security bug has the mass release to the stores been delayed?

Galaxy S2 or Blackberry Torch 9810???

Switched back to AT&T a few weeks ago and currently using the Torch 9810, which is an excellent device. I've had it for a little less than a week. I really like it...super fast...great web browser...email is great and I LOVE the blinking LED indicating message or missed call this is something I was told that the Galaxy does not have.

The main thing I like about the galaxy is the FM radio, but that is not a deal sealer or killer.

The BB battery is excellent, while using Wifi and BT. The size is also great as is the full keyboard.

I guess in the end it will be personal preference, but I may be missing something so Iรƒยขรขโ€šยฌโ„ขd love to get some feedback form anyone with experience with either device.

Oh, I am getting the Samsung tomo...

Making calls via WiFi, if no cell service available??? Galaxy S2?

Prior to switching to AT&T I had the HTC EVO with Sprint. If there was no cell signal I was able to make phone calls if I could get on WiFi. This was a great feature. What is this called?

Is the new Galaxy S2 capable of doing this?
