Too all the agents: Competitors Number!!!
It might be because I am living in ass backwards Kentucky, but do you all have customers calling you to find out the numbers to your competitors. I think its rude for a customer to call and ask you for your competitors number!!! What do you all think? I mean I would not call Best Buy to get Radioshacks number or vise versa. Stupid damn red necks...lol...

Never happened here in New England.
Now, customers stopping by to ask DIRECTIONS to my competitors, that I get a lot of.

It cracks me up when people don't realize that dialling 611 just gets them customer care for the network they're roaming on. They want us to look up their accounts and figure out their problems and we have to explain they need to call the 800# for their carrier--then they expect us to have it handy! Like it's our fault we don't work for their company... The funniest one was a lady who wanted me to send out a tech for her landline--she was borrowing a friend's mobile and it took me forever to explain to her that there is no such thing as THE phone company any more... 🙄

I had a lady call here (att wireless) the other day an thought we were Cingular and got mad when it was not and demanded me to transfer her through to Cingular!!!

i even have people from other companies bringing their problems to me and they just can't get it into their heads that i'm cingular, not us cellulr, att, verizon, or anyone else....it pisses me off! LOL

Love that! Customers asking "Why don't you have (Name the company)"s phones?" Well, lemme see, the big lighted sign on the kiosk says CINGULAR? lmao
