Sorry, Cingular doesn't offer insuance on their PDA phones either.
you can alwase find someone dumb enough to put insurance on the line....which probly wouldnt be that hard
if you can asurion will do a claim as a one time courtesy and cancel the ins afterwards
What about customer service sucks? If you've only been a customer for 3 months, and you like the service, you shouldn't have had any reason to call in.
On the other hand you're right about the cs. Verizon's cs is actually 2nd to none. I had a great over 3 years with them. I would base your decision on the coverage in you area. If you already have AT&T then you must have a phone so you can switch out your SIM from the BB you want to get and your current phone. Can't do that with Verizon.
Here are your options. Weigh them and good luck!
insurance is better like the srotter said above
even paying for it with an Amex card is gonna give u better options that pursuring insurance from cingular's side
Customer service prolly isn't the best all the time
but if u just got your phone 3 months again
why aren't u seeing your REP u bought the phone from if u bought from a store and let him fix the problems be4 calling customer service
