On my old shift I worked 2.5 hours than break than another 2.5. Now I work 1 hour have a break and have to work 3 3/4 hours before I get out of this place. I want my odl shift back!!! 😡

I have told this story to other people but I think only people who do this awful job will understand what a load it is. This woman calls in she needs the number for lockline so I check to see if she has the insurance so I am checking. I express empathy for her losing her phone 🙄 than she sort of laughs and says she didnt lose it but her friends phone broke so this way they can get her one for free. I sort of pause so I call lockline because floor support told me I had to when i tell the locklin rep he says that as long as she has filed a ploice report there isnt anything he can do about it. Does this strike anyone else as odd?

why is it a day that starts off so good can go to pot so quick? god I swear the people are geting meaner as the day gets longer

I love when people call in and rip a strip of of me about a WEX that I had/have nothing to do with. Its not my fault that the phone wasnt shipped back or is lost in teh system..I offered to contact WEX and look into it but the cus just said that she'd have her laywers contact us..lol shed rather pay through the nose for a lawyler then let me contact another dept...yea thats smart

oh man just had a cus call in..she ran over her phone..thats funny in itself..then we go over rate plans and phones etc...she decided to goto a store to do the migration as its faster. She asked for a add for the closest store.

Im looking the add up and she said(i swear this is true)

"Could you hurry up and tell me where to go"

How do you answer that with a straight face?

I often credit accounts when the amount is very small, IE: a few dollars for a late charge or wrong payment amount, if it will close out the account (and they have active service w/ cingular orange).

If you go in to a store to buy a pack of gum or a litre of milk, does the clerk look at you and say oh its only $2, don't worry about it.?
