CINGULARS "NEW" RATE PLANS.

Just when you thought the new rate plan changes would benefit our customers, they took the $29.99 + $49.99 plans away + upped the additional lines for shared plans from $9.99 to $14.99. Is it me or is this just making it more difficult to migrate customers.

...harder to migrate and activate new customers. I don't know about anyone else but as far as sales go, my area has been really slow for the past three months. I have no idea what marketing was thinking with these new plans. I like having 2 lines included in family plans but what the hell is with the $14.99 add on. The way I see it they haven't helped us out in any way during this slow time, if anything they have made it more difficult.

No ****. Totally agree. They gave us less of an incentive to migrate people. Just when you thought the cesspool of cingular would get better, the cesspool added more cess crap to the system so really I dont care anymore. I tell them the only really good incentive is the ROLLOVER minutes. Plans are still crap.

Well in the short time that us ATT rep have been Cingular I've noticed that Cingular seem to have a thing for slow uncomfortable screw offered to most customers, hell I had a cust tell me that he no linger cares if hes getting screwed so long as we use vaseline once in a while... nearly laughed my hole off

Well the way we offer the new rate plans now, I am surprised that they dont use vaseline to quite the retention with the reps.

soon a well have to have a complementary tub of vasaline as a promo with ever new or migrated service
