roaming router number?

i've noticed on my suncom (which is now tmobile) bill that i have a large amount of outgoing text messages to 7043453115. i dont know who this number belongs to. i googled it and the responses say that its a routing number that suncom uses when we or the person we're texting is roaming because they're unable to tell what the number is. is this true? i know for a fact that i havent been roaming, nor have the people i've been texting. this doesnt make any sense to me. not to mention the fact that it's causing me to lose a lot of text messages. any information anyone has on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Nokia N82

I have a problem with my Nokia N82. About every 10 seconds, a message pops up that says "sending text message". It only appears for a split second. Does anyone know what could be causing this? It's very annoying because not only does it interrupt internet surfing, etc., it uses up all of the phone's memory. If anyone has had this problem with any other nokia device, please let me know.

Suncom and Wifi

I just bought the Blackberry Pearl 8120 with Wifi, however I can connect to my wifi connection at home with it but cannot use the wifi connection. I called Suncom tech support and they don't even support wifi. I just love how everyone is making a big deal about Suncom releasing a wifi phone when they don't even support wifi. If anyone has been able to use their wifi connection, please let me know! I just can't get it to work at all.

is SunCom a good company to work for?

I work for another provider and am just about at my wits end. Everyday the rules get changed or it's something that apparently existed in the first place that no one was aware of. I work as an indirect agent right now and our store is so slow I am the only one under employ making my days very long and very boring. There is a SunCom being built across the street from my store and I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice?

Former Suncom Financial Services Employee Perspective

I worked at Suncom from 2001- August 2003, I loved working for them and enjoyed the small team spirit that we shared in Financial services. I met some life long friends while working there ( chris, Don, etc). After leaving Suncom I have worked for every major cell phone provider and the team spirit that I loved at Suncom has never been duplicated... Verizon comes close. The problem with Suncom early on was that relied to heavily on Sales and not retention of customers, and that the company execs worked in a totaly different state and to me mismanaged company resources.

I hope the very best to all the employees at Suncom and that buyout helps you guys out.

I sure am glad I have the un-plan now. I am sure T-Mobile will do away with that. It is a great deal for those of us that use our cell for business at only $60.00 per month.

T-mobile is buying Suncom for $2.4B with the assumption of debt

Just wanted to note that T-mobile USA is purchasing this company for the amount I mentioned. $1.6B for outstanding shares and $.8B of debt. To a total of $2.4B. There will be synergies of $1b so that will basically mean that the purchase was $1.4B. moreover, the purchase allows for more capacity onto its network by up to 20 million customers. makes each subscriber that Sun has, which is 1.1 million, on the $1.4B net purchase price, for $1,272 per subscriber, which is cheap. Without the synergies in place it would cost $2,181 per subscriber, which is also a pretty cheap valuation.
