Does anybody know if Boost mobile is going to give u more anytime minutes on the Premium Plan? 200 mins is not alot! Also, does mobile 2 mobile count with nextel customers?

I have a boost phone with sim that was activated a few months ago and did not reboost it. Now it is saying service restricted when I try to reboost. What do I need to reavtivate the same sim card? If I buy a refill card and call boost is that all I need?

I've been trying to access my account online for a week without success. I continue to get an error that the page is unavailable due to the network being down. I've called boost mobile customer care, but they just tell me the network is down and there is nothing they can do about it. Does anyone know what the problem is?

SINCE NEXTEL HAS MERGED WITH SPRINT AND THEY WILL USE SPRINT TECHNOLOGY. VIRGIN MOBILE IS BASICALLY SPRINTS PRE-PAY AND I DEN WILL BE GIVEN TO THE GOVERNMENT WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH BOOST MOBILE?

i have boostmobile moterola new phone. i was wondering is there anything i can do to not recieve or send text msgs. i tried calling the company they werent no help, so i was wondering if theres any thing i can change in the phone i was thinking the internet@ blah blah thing i just dont know how to find it. do uthink i should try to call the company again that it should be a feature i can block?

When I was activating my phone, it gave me the option to have unlimited wireless web for 20 cents a day. Website says its 35 cents a day in one place and 20 cents in another. Which is it?

One part of the website says evening calls are 9pm-7am, on another page it says evening calls are 7pm-7am. Which is it?

Someone needs to proofread the site, too, because I found two typographical errors.

Just my observation. Also quite upset there's no way to use my own pictures as wallpaper without buying a USB cable for my i415.

Worst customer service! Phone reception is bad most the time. You will be mislead by the system and CSR. You have limitations on the web and with phone features. Go with TMobile or Cingular.

Boost has been the worst service I've ever been with.

Supposedly, the DMCA just allowed (11/2006)customers to bring thier cellphones with them to a new carrier and that carriers can not deny a customer unlock codes and registration of the SIM card etc. Of course the phone must be technically compatible.

Is anybody aware of getting a Nextel i830 working on Boost ? I have the phone and SIM and want to go pre-paid on Boost with it.

BabbleBug.com just came out with a Boost refill that is really good compared with the other refills. No discount, but you can buy however much (or little; you can go as low as $10) airtime you want and it gets applied directly to the phone. No PIN required. Just thought it's a pretty neat development, and so far only BabbleBug has it.

If I have an i870 that was originally purchased for a Nextal account, can I switch it to my Boost Mobile number. I currently have an i285 with Boost.

I have the prepaid i450 boost phone. would I be able to use my sim card on a motorola razr? i dont know much about how it works.

Can I play videos clips on the phone and if so what format do they need to be in. For if a move a clip that is in realplayer format to the memory card and be able to play it on my thank you.

I've been reading with great interest the posts about using Nextel branded phones with the Boost Mobile service. I spoke to a Nextel Customer Service rep on the telephone, a Boost CS rep on the telephone, and a Nextel/Boost sales rep in the Nextel store in my local mall, and they all said the same thing:

"Nextel phones WILL NOT work with Boost."

The Boost Phone guy went so far as to tell me that Sprint changed all the SIM cards when they bought Nextel in order to make the old Nextel equipment non-compatible!? That's an interesting line of BS!

Are the reps intentionally misleading me? Are they so poorly educated by Nextel or are they trying to get me to pay big bucks for a Boost branded phone?

Hello, Last year i bought a i855 phone from BEST BUY and couldn't get it to activate according to the online form i was filling out, It kept saying that my area is not in boostmobile network 🙄 When i look at the coverage map (before i bought the phone) my town is in the yellow coverage area. I was disappointed to find out that the phone could be activated afterwards. I wonder what the deal is?

I had a friend tell me he ran into the same problem and used a zip code from the Dallas area to activate his even though he is 150 miles away like me and the online form on the boost site took the registration that way.

I took the phone back and got a refund. Fast forward a year and i see these phones are still being sold around here, how ...
